The in-depth linkage between the two parties is providing a new solution for the development of financial talents and industrial upgrading in Hainan.

I. Focus on Joint Cultivation of High-End Financial Talents to Build a Talent Highland in the Free Trade Port

The cooperation will introduce globally authoritative qualification certifications under GAFM®, including Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM), Financial Compliance Officer (FCO), and ESG Investment Analyst. Combined with the characteristics of cross-border finance, green finance, and digital finance in the free trade port, localized training courses will be customized. At the same time, efforts will be made to include relevant certifications in the catalog of high-level financial talents in the free trade port, strive for special support policies, and build an integrated "training-certification-practice" platform. Global certified elites will be invited to provide practical guidance, and HNFPA will undertake certification training and examination affairs in Hainan to form a closed-loop talent cultivation system. Currently, those holding certifications such as CWM, FCO, AFA, and CHFRM will be given priority in being included in Hainan's financial industry expert talent think tank.
