The two parties will co-host high-end global financial forums and summits, inviting global financial experts to conduct dialogues and exchanges with local practitioners and scholars; regularly carry out thematic salons and seminars to in-depth interpret international policies and share cutting-edge industry experience; organize Hainan financial practitioners to conduct exchanges and inspections in international financial centers on a regular basis, and simultaneously invite global experts to conduct research and put forward suggestions in Hainan, so as to promote the in-depth integration of advanced international experience with local practices.

III. Deepen Financial Research and Joint Standard Setting to Consolidate the Foundation for Industrial Development

Research will be carried out focusing on key areas such as financial opening-up and innovation, risk prevention and control, and talent evaluation systems in the free trade port. Efforts will be made to promote the localized adaptation of advanced international financial compliance and risk management standards, helping the free trade port establish an industry standard system aligned with international practices; compile and release the "Hainan Free Trade Port International Financial Talent Development Report" to provide authoritative theoretical support and decision-making reference for industrial development.
